In order to avail of our money-back policy, the return should be requested within 15 days after receiving the product. On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a formal quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process and you will receive the amount within 5-7 days.

• Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.
• A damaged rug will not be eligible for return.
• The rug must have the original packing, labels and tags intact for the return to be successful.
• Altered and illegible serial numbers will also lead to the return being rejected.
• We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
• In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the rug at info@jmbysuklarugs.com. We will replace it 8. without any cost after a thorough examination.
